Welcome to our team of language & integration coaches, spread across Switzerland yet united by a common purpose: foster more human connection.
As a team we regularly come together to truly see, hear and learn from each other. Those gatherings serve as the heartbeat of our collaboration.
Together we delve into topics such as internalised beliefs and vulnerability, sharing raw and honest reflections. We learn to create safer spaces for our clients, drawing inspiration and support from one another. Through ongoing training and peer coaching, we continuously refine our skills and deepen our understanding of our profession.
These gatherings are more than just meetings—they are moments of nourishment and renewal, where we gather inspiration to carry into our work. As we come together, we emerge more connected, and are ready to make a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Through her upbringing in a family run hotel-business she has learnt from a very young age how to make people feel welcome and safe by hosting and creating nourishing conditions for a safe space.
Besides being the truly amazing allrounder at Unu Mondo, she is a freelancer, supporting others in their projects and visions, organising & hosting events & retreats, coaching in the field of ‘Mind Body Eating’ and enjoys facilitating conscious movement/dance workshops.
Her joyful and warm spirit makes you feel welcome, inspired and never judged.

Larissa Hämisegger
Founder
Her 7 years of experience as the founder of Unu Mondo gave her a deep understanding for all sorts of personal situations of people with a very diverse background. She knows the ins and outs when it comes to language learning, belonging and understanding each other.
Combined with her strong empathy, Larissa can make you feel seen and understood on a deep level.
She is experienced in coaching and guiding people one on one and in group settings.
She has a very profound understanding for people’s behaviors and psychology, and is passionate in guiding people on their very personal journey.

an ongoing internal training of the Unu Mondo method. They are open and honest, highly reliable, think
